Define what “ROI” means for your Frankfort practice
The public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads, case types, matters and revenue signals in one view. Those terms should not be treated as interchangeable. A call is not automatically a potential new client, and a lead is not automatically a signed matter. The dashboard page says contacts can be classified as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other, with leads tagged by case type. That distinction matters when your firm serves Frankfort and may also handle matters connected to Cook County or Will County. A geographic label should identify the relevant service area, not stand in for a case, client or revenue outcome.
Recommended approach
Before adopting the dashboard, write down the definitions your partners will use for call, lead, qualified intake, retained matter and revenue. Ask how those definitions will appear in the dashboard and how exceptions will be handled. Treat the Frankfort population estimate—20,651 in the 2020–2024 ACS five-year record, with a margin of error of 66—as municipal context only, not evidence of demand, leads or revenue.
