1. Start with the calls your team cannot answer
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page describes a team-first routing model: calls go to your people first, and the AI answers when nobody picks up within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow. That distinction matters for a firm serving Frankfort Square from elsewhere in Will County or Illinois: the place name does not tell you when callers contact you, and the Census population estimate does not prove that your firm needs 24/7 coverage. Your own phone records should determine whether the problem is after-hours calls, lunch coverage, busy lines, holidays or another pattern.
Recommended approach
Review a representative period of answered, unanswered and abandoned calls. Separate office-hours misses from after-hours calls, then decide which categories require immediate AI coverage and which should remain with your staff. Ask Bosseo to show how the 20-second handoff would fit your existing call routing rather than treating the local population figure as a forecast.
