1. Start with the calls your team actually misses
Bosseo’s public product page says its system rings the firm’s team first and steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow, with up to 20 simultaneous calls. Those are specific operating claims to examine during a consultation. They do not show how often your firm misses calls or whether your current routing works for a Dolton-serving practice. Dolton’s relationship to Cook County can help you define the geographic scope of the review, but it cannot predict when callers will contact you or how many will need legal help.
Recommended approach
Review several weeks of phone records, including unanswered calls, after-hours calls, busy signals, abandoned calls and calls transferred to voicemail. Ask Bosseo to map each current path: front desk, attorney, answering service, voicemail and emergency contact. Confirm what happens at 20 seconds, during a simultaneous-call event and when the firm is closed.
