1. Start with Des Plaines as a service boundary, not a demand forecast
Your firm may serve Des Plaines, other parts of Cook County or clients elsewhere in Illinois. Those are different geographic questions. The Census record identifies Des Plaines city and its Cook County relationship, but it does not show how many legal calls your firm receives, which practice areas callers ask about or whether staffing changes are needed. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your firm’s actual intake conversations and stated service area, not against population alone.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, define which calls count as in-scope: Des Plaines matters, Cook County matters, statewide matters or another boundary your firm uses. Then decide whether reports should be reviewed by practice type, intake representative, office process or another firm-defined category. Ask Bosseo how that configuration would be handled rather than assuming the geography creates a particular intake requirement.
