1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing story coverage
The Census record identifies Channahon village as a municipality and records relationships with Grundy County and Will County. Those are different geographic references. A page about an event in Channahon is not automatically a page about every resident of either county, and a countywide story is not automatically relevant to a firm that only wants Channahon inquiries. Bosseo’s public Legal News description says its system monitors legal-news sources for a state and matches stories to practice areas. That makes geographic policy a central buying question: how will the firm decide whether a story belongs on a Channahon-facing website?
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review sample coverage by place type: Channahon, Grundy County, Will County, and the wider Illinois area. Decide which locations should receive direct references, which should be handled as broader service-area coverage, and which should be excluded. Keep municipality, county, metropolitan-area and statewide language distinct in page review.
