1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing a screen
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the product can show rankings, calls, leads, case-type breakdowns, source attribution, matters and revenue signals. Those labels need a firm-approved meaning. A potential new client is not the same as a retained matter, and a call is not automatically a qualified opportunity. For a Bloomingdale-focused review, decide whether “local” means Bloomingdale village, DuPage County, a wider service area, or another geographic definition. Keep households, individuals and the municipality distinct. The Census population figure describes the village; it does not tell you how many people search for legal help or which practice areas are viable.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to walk through the definitions used for calls, leads, case types, matters and revenue signals. Request a written list of the fields your firm will approve, the fields it will not use for financial decisions, and the geographic labels that will appear in reporting.
