1. Define what a qualified Bartlett inquiry means
Attribution is only useful when the firm distinguishes a contact from a matter worth pursuing. Bosseo’s Lead Attribution page states that intake answers can be attached to a lead journey and that case type and source can appear in one record. Your firm still needs to decide what “qualified” means for each practice area: for example, whether the person has a matter type you handle, is within your service area, seeks advice you provide and is ready for a consultation. Bartlett is a municipality associated with Cook, DuPage and Kane counties. That does not tell you which county relationships, court venues or matter types belong in your qualification policy. Review those boundaries with the people responsible for intake before judging a channel.
Recommended approach
Create a written qualification definition for each practice area and separate three states: inquiry received, consultation completed and signed case. Ask Bosseo to show where each state would be represented and what information your team must supply.
