1. Define the Addison geography before reviewing ROI
A dashboard can become misleading when “Addison” means different things to different people. The Census identifies Addison village as a municipality in DuPage County. Your firm may also receive inquiries from people outside the village, including elsewhere in the county or Illinois. Those geographic relationships should not be collapsed into one local result. The population estimate describes Addison village, not the number of people seeking counsel, the number of households with legal matters or the number of prospective clients. It also says nothing about rankings or conversion.
Recommended approach
Before approving any dashboard structure, ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in reports. Decide whether you need a separate Addison view, a DuPage County view, broader Illinois coverage or another geography your firm actually serves. Keep the geographic label beside each metric so partners do not mistake a village measure for countywide or statewide performance.
