Set the geographic scope before you judge reputation performance
A firm may serve Weiser, other parts of Washington County, or clients elsewhere in Idaho. Those are different geographic scopes, and a review profile should not be evaluated against an undefined “local market.” The Census record identifies Weiser city and its Washington County relationship; it does not show where a law firm’s clients live or where future inquiries will originate. For that reason, the first review is operational: identify the places your firm actually serves, the profile or profiles associated with those services, and the matters that may appropriately generate a review request.
Recommended approach
Bring a precise service-area description to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to distinguish Weiser from Washington County and from any broader Idaho coverage in the proposed review and measurement plan. Keep the location attached to each inquiry so you can assess whether reputation activity is reaching the clients your firm intends to serve rather than treating population as a proxy for demand.
