Use Star’s geography to define responsibility, not to guess demand
A Star practice may serve callers connected with Star, Ada County, Canyon County, or a broader Idaho service area. The Census record identifies those county relationships, but it does not show how many people call a law firm, which matters they present, or how often a call becomes a signed case. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against your actual service boundaries and intake rules. Review whether the person answering can identify the caller’s location, jurisdiction, deadlines, and matter type without treating a Star address as proof that the firm can accept the case.
Recommended approach
Bring your real geographic acceptance rules to the review. Decide which location questions belong in the first conversation, which matters require attorney escalation, and which callers need a clear next step when the firm cannot assist. Keep Star, Ada County, Canyon County, and Idaho-wide service language distinct in your internal decisions.
