What does the ROI Dashboard publicly say it tracks?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, forms, video intakes, lead classifications, case-type breakdowns, source attribution, review activity and trends over time. Ask which items apply to the scope you are considering and how each is defined.
Can the dashboard prove that Post Falls has legal demand?+
No. The Census population estimate describes Post Falls city, not legal demand, search volume, competition, leads or revenue. A dashboard can help review observed rankings and recorded inquiries; it should not turn population or activity into an unsupported demand claim.
How should Post Falls and Kootenai County be reported?+
Treat them as separate geographic labels unless your firm intentionally defines a combined reporting view. Ask for the exact boundary behind each ranking, page, call and lead so city activity is not silently presented as countywide or statewide activity.
What should count as a lead?+
Use a written firm definition. Bosseo’s public page describes classifications including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other. Decide how your firm handles duplicates, spam, existing matters, referrals and inquiries outside your practice before comparing totals.
Does a live dashboard guarantee rankings, indexing or new matters?+
No. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. A live report can display measured information, but it cannot guarantee a ranking, a lead, a signed matter or revenue.
What should we ask about access to calls and transcripts?+
Ask who can view recordings, transcripts, summaries, intake details and revenue fields; how permissions are changed; how errors are corrected; how information is retained or exported; and how records are recovered. These are implementation decisions for your firm, not assumptions to make from a dashboard label.
