1. Start with Fruitland’s actual service boundary
Your firm may serve Fruitland, the rest of Payette County, Idaho clients outside the county, or a narrower area. Video Intake should not silently treat a Fruitland visitor as a qualified matter. The survey can be designed around the geographic questions your firm uses when reviewing an inquiry: where the incident or legal issue occurred, where the prospective client is located, and whether your firm accepts matters from that area. The Census identifies Fruitland as a municipality in Payette County. It does not establish where your clients come from or which matters you should accept.
Recommended approach
Bring your service-area policy to the review. Decide whether location is an early screening question, a routing field, or a detail reserved for staff follow-up. Keep Fruitland and Payette County distinct from Idaho-wide service claims, and avoid using the population estimate as a forecast.
