1. Define the geographic record before judging performance
Your service area may include Emmett and other parts of Gem County, but those geographic relationships should not be collapsed into one unsupported market claim. The Census record identifies Emmett city as a municipality and records its county relationship as Gem County. It does not show which locations produce inquiries or signed matters. Lead Attribution can make that question more specific by preserving the landing page and source associated with an inquiry. If your website has pages for different services or locations, review whether the reporting distinguishes those pages rather than treating all activity as “Emmett.”
Recommended approach
Start with a geographic reporting decision: determine whether your firm wants to evaluate Emmett city separately, Gem County activity together, or both views. Then ask how each inquiry will be associated with the relevant page, channel and case outcome. Do not use the city’s population as a forecast.
