1. Define what “ROI” means before you open the dashboard
For an Eagle firm, the first question is not whether a screen contains many numbers. It is which numbers count as evidence of progress. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, forms, intakes, case-type classifications, source attribution, reviews, trends and revenue-related measures. Those categories are not automatically interchangeable. A call is not necessarily a potential new client, and a potential new client is not necessarily a signed matter. The firm should decide where each stage begins and ends. That is especially important when the geographic scope is Eagle, Ada County, Idaho or a broader service area. The dashboard should not silently treat those places as the same market.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to document the meaning of every proposed metric, the geographic scope attached to it and the event that changes one stage into the next. Approve the dashboard only when partners, intake staff and whoever reviews marketing performance would interpret the terms consistently.
