Connect a Wahiawa inquiry to the journey that preceded it
A prospective client may visit more than once before contacting your firm. Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as recording the channel, referrer, landing page, device, and session detail, then attaching intake answers to the lead record. The public product description also says calls can join the same journey. This matters when a person serves a Wahiawa matter through a page, returns later, and contacts the firm by phone or form. A broad “Wahiawa lead” label would not explain what caused the contact. The journey gives you a more specific record to review.
Recommended approach
Review whether your current records preserve the first meaningful source, later visits, landing page, device, contact method, and stated case type. Ask during consultation how those fields would be connected for your website and intake path. Do not treat a place name, a self-reported source, or a single last visit as the whole story.
