Define the geographic unit before you judge performance
Schofield Barracks is a census-designated place, not a synonym for Honolulu County, all of Hawaii or the Honolulu metropolitan area. That distinction matters when a dashboard reports city, county, state or service-area performance. A page or campaign associated with Schofield Barracks may be evaluated differently from one aimed at Honolulu County or Hawaii generally. The dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets and says that case-type and city data can inform decisions. Before relying on those views, ask which geographic labels are actually recorded, whether a location means a search target or a caller’s location, and how overlapping areas are displayed.
Recommended approach
Agree on a geographic dictionary before reviewing results. Include Schofield Barracks, Honolulu County and any broader Hawaii targets only when the firm intentionally serves them. Do not use the CDP’s population estimate to set a lead target or forecast revenue.
