1. Start with the website you actually operate
A hosting decision should begin with an inventory, not a label. Review the current host, site platform, domain registrar, DNS records, SSL arrangement, email records, databases, forms and third-party services. Bosseo’s public Dedicated Hosting page says its migration work can include files, database, DNS, SSL and email records. Those items still need to be identified for your specific site before anyone promises a cutover plan. Mililani Town is a census-designated place in Honolulu County, so your service-area definition should also be explicit: decide whether the site is intended to serve Mililani Town alone, a wider Honolulu County area or another geography. The place name does not determine your technical requirements.
Recommended approach
Bring a current system inventory to the review. Ask Bosseo to identify what it can migrate, what requires access from your existing providers and which items need separate confirmation.
