What does Bosseo say Lead Attribution shows?+
Bosseo describes a lead journey containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. Its public page also describes connecting calls and following outcomes through consultation and signed case.
Can this prove that Kaneohe Base creates legal demand?+
No. The Census estimate describes the Kaneohe Base CDP population, not search demand, competition, legal need, inquiries, cases or revenue. Attribution can help review the firm’s recorded journeys and outcomes; it cannot turn a population estimate into a forecast.
Does the service cover phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public product page says calls can join the same journey record, including the transcript, case-type tag and web journey. Ask in consultation how that connection works for the firm and how uncertain or unmatched calls are represented.
Will every lead have a known source?+
The public description presents automatic journey tracking, but no measurement system should be treated as proof that every source will always be identifiable. Ask to review unknown, direct, referral and disconnected records before relying on a channel comparison.
How is this different from asking a client how they heard about the firm?+
A client’s answer may not identify the complete path. Bosseo describes connecting the journey, landing page, source information and intake answers in one record. The firm can then compare that record with the client’s recollection instead of treating recollection as the only source field.
Can attribution decide which matters the firm accepts?+
No. It can provide source and intake context for the firm’s review. The firm must apply its own qualification, conflicts, consultation and engagement rules. Geographic association with Kaneohe Base is not a substitute for those decisions.
