What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. Visitors answer questions one at a time, with paths organized around practice areas and qualification by case type, urgency and fit.
Is Video Intake a replacement for a lawyer?+
No. It is an intake experience for collecting and organizing an inquiry. Your firm must decide who reviews submissions, what communication is appropriate and when a lawyer should respond. Submission should not be presented as creating an attorney-client relationship unless your firm has made and approved that determination.
Can a Kahaluu-serving firm ask about location?+
Yes, location can be included if it affects eligibility or routing. Kahaluu is in Honolulu County, Hawaii. Decide whether the question should cover Kahaluu only, the wider county or another service boundary based on your firm’s actual rules—not on the population estimate.
Can we use different questions for different practice areas?+
Bosseo’s public page says each practice area can have its own qualification path. During consultation, review which practice areas, questions, weighting and routing rules are appropriate for your firm.
Where do completed intakes go?+
Bosseo says completed inquiries can be delivered with answers attached and describes delivery to an inbox, CRM and case-management system. Confirm the exact destination, systems, permissions, retention and configuration for your firm before approving scope.
Does the population of Kahaluu tell us how many leads we will receive?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate records 5,619 residents, with a margin of error of 884, but population is not evidence of search volume, legal need, inquiries, cases or revenue. Use your own intake and matter data to evaluate performance.
