Use East Kapolei geography to define the intake question
Your firm may serve East Kapolei while handling matters from elsewhere in Honolulu County or across Hawaii. Those geographic relationships should be explicit in your intake rules. A caller’s stated location, incident location, court location, and preferred consultation location may all affect who follows up and what information the attorney needs. The Census record identifies East Kapolei as a CDP and records its county relationship as Honolulu County; it does not tell you which callers will contact your firm or which matters you should accept.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing calls, write down the geographic facts your team must capture. Decide whether location is a qualification question, a routing question, or simply part of the case record. Then use Intake Coach to examine whether representatives ask it at the right point and explain the next step clearly.
