1. Start with the geographic question, not a population promise
Aiea and Honolulu County are not interchangeable geographic labels. The Census record identifies Aiea as a CDP within Honolulu County; it does not say that every Honolulu County resident searches for an Aiea firm or that a news page will attract a particular audience. Legal News should therefore be evaluated against the places your firm actually serves. A page about a Hawaii legal development may be relevant to an Aiea practice without being presented as an Aiea-only event. Conversely, an incident elsewhere may be unsuitable if it has no clear connection to your practice or clients.
Recommended approach
Before booking a review, list the geographic areas your firm is permitted and prepared to serve. Ask whether proposed coverage will distinguish Aiea, Honolulu County, other Hawaii locations and statewide developments. Treat geographic wording as a substantive legal and marketing decision, not as a way to turn a general article into local demand.
