1. Build the intake around Social Circle’s actual service boundary
The U.S. Census Bureau records Social Circle as a municipality with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 5,217 and a margin of error of 24. The same record identifies relationships with Newton County and Walton County. Those are measured geographic facts, not evidence that a particular practice area has demand or that visitors will use one county label consistently. A Video Intake review should therefore begin with the geography your firm actually serves: Social Circle, one or both counties, or a wider Georgia service area. The survey should not imply that every visitor from either county is automatically a suitable matter.
Recommended approach
Write the intake’s location questions and routing rules around your real acceptance area. Decide whether location is an early qualification question, a later review question or a matter-specific condition. If your firm serves only selected courts, circuits or matter types, have counsel review the wording rather than treating city, county, judicial circuit and court class as interchangeable.
