1. Start with the geographic question your report must answer
Savannah is recorded as a municipality in Georgia. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate for Savannah city is 147,898, with a margin of error of 64, and the recorded county relationship is Chatham County. That is eligibility context, not evidence of search demand, call volume, legal need, competition or likely revenue. Your attribution design should therefore distinguish Savannah city from Chatham County and any broader service area your firm actually chooses to serve. A report that labels every contact “Savannah” may obscure whether a matter came from the city, elsewhere in Chatham County or another location.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location information will be represented in the lead journey and how your team will review it without treating population as a demand forecast. Decide which geographic distinctions belong in intake, reporting and attorney review. Do not use the Census estimate to set a lead target or staffing assumption.
