1. Choose a footprint that matches your real service area
Bosseo describes two geographic choices: coverage across a state or a tighter footprint limited to counties selected by the firm. Rome is a municipality in Floyd County; those labels should not be treated as interchangeable. A page for Rome city should not imply that the firm serves every Georgia city, every county, or every court location. Georgia Courts also distinguishes among cities, counties, judicial circuits, and court classes. That distinction matters when a prospective client asks where a matter can be filed, which court handles it, or whether the firm accepts a case from a nearby community.
Recommended approach
Map the locations your firm actually accepts before discussing page counts. Review Rome separately from other Floyd County communities, and identify any service limits. Ask Bosseo to show how a county-only footprint would differ from statewide coverage. Do not use the city’s population as a forecast of inquiries.
