Start with the geography your firm can actually serve
Rome city and Floyd County are related but not interchangeable geographic scopes. A firm may serve people in Rome, the wider county, or additional Georgia locations, but the LSA profile should reflect the locations and service areas the firm is prepared to handle. Bosseo’s public LSA description includes category and geography targeting, with practice-area categories and service areas set deliberately. That makes the first decision operational: which inquiries are appropriate, and from which locations?
Recommended approach
Write down the counties, communities and service boundaries your firm accepts before changing targeting. Separate Rome-city coverage from Floyd County coverage and from any broader Georgia service area. Review whether each selected area matches licensure, court access, travel expectations, staffing and the matters your firm wants. Do not use the Rome population estimate as a forecast of demand.
