1. Start with the Newnan-to-Coweta relationship
Newnan city and Coweta County are not interchangeable geographic labels. A firm evaluating Automation should decide which inquiries belong to the Newnan workflow, which relate to Coweta County more broadly, and whether a separate Georgia-wide path is necessary. The distinction matters when assigning ownership, applying matter-type rules, recording source information and reviewing performance. The Census record identifies Newnan as a municipality within Coweta County. It does not show how many people seek legal help, how many inquiries a firm receives or what staffing model is appropriate.
Recommended approach
Document the geographic categories your firm already uses. Then review whether the automation should preserve the original location information rather than replacing it with a broader label. Keep court-system and county references precise: Georgia Courts publishes resources for citizens and legal professionals, but a city, county, judicial circuit and court class should not be treated as the same thing.
