Separate McDonough geography from the matter’s actual source
McDonough is a city, and Henry County is its recorded county relationship. Those labels should not be treated as interchangeable with a judicial circuit, court class, service area or marketing channel. Georgia Courts publishes resources for citizens and legal professionals, but a court-system resource does not identify how a particular prospect found your firm. Lead Attribution keeps geography and source separate: the journey can show the landing page, referrer and channel while your team evaluates whether the inquiry fits the matters you accept.
Recommended approach
Review whether your intake records distinguish the prospect’s location, the matter’s relevant jurisdiction and the marketing source. Do not use the McDonough population estimate as a proxy for inquiries. Decide which geographic fields are genuinely useful to qualification and which belong only in reporting.
