1. Start with the matters your firm actually reviews
Video Intake can give each practice area its own question path. That matters when a firm serves Macon-Bibb County but does not accept every legal matter presented by a visitor. A broad “tell us about your case” box leaves the visitor to decide what belongs in the first message. A structured path can instead ask questions selected for the relevant case type, urgency and fit. The geography should be stated precisely in your own routing decisions: Macon-Bibb County is a municipality, and the recorded county relationship is Bibb County. Do not treat the municipality, county, judicial circuit or court class as interchangeable. Decide which location facts belong in qualification and which require attorney review.
Recommended approach
List the practice areas you want the intake to distinguish, then identify the minimum facts needed to decide whether an inquiry belongs with your firm, needs human review or should not proceed to a consultation. Have Georgia counsel review advertising and intake language before publication; Bosseo does not certify compliance or provide legal advice.
