1. Review the whole intake conversation, not only the outcome
A retained matter can hide an incomplete process, while an unretained caller may reveal a missed question, unclear next step, or unresolved objection. Intake Coach’s public description says each intake call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed. It also describes an AI score, winability estimate, quoted retainer, call-quality review, summary, extracted facts, and coaching suggestions. That gives you a more specific review surface than relying only on a signed-case count.
Recommended approach
Decide which conversation elements matter to your firm before reviewing reports. For example, you may examine whether the team identified the caller’s purpose, captured dates or deadlines, confirmed a callback number, explained the next step, and documented the quoted retainer. Treat those as review questions for attorney and management approval, not as a claim that every matter should follow one script.
