1. Define the geography before interpreting the board
Kennesaw is a municipality in Cobb County. The 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate records 34,605 residents, with a margin of error of 46. That figure describes the city’s population; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, calls, cases or revenue. A dashboard therefore should not treat “Kennesaw,” “Cobb County,” a judicial circuit or a Georgia-wide service area as interchangeable. Decide which geography each report field is meant to describe. A Kennesaw city target may answer a different question from a Cobb County target, and neither automatically represents all of Georgia.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how city, county and broader geographic labels appear in the reporting view. Adopt a written naming convention for tracked targets and lead locations, then require the firm to review ambiguous records rather than treating population as a performance forecast.
