Review the full intake conversation, not only the outcome
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by a firm’s team or by the Bosseo AI Phone System. Its public product page says each call can be recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and accompanied by a call-quality review. The stated report elements include an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the retainer quoted, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. For a Jefferson firm, the useful question is whether those elements match the matters the firm actually evaluates in Jefferson and elsewhere in Jackson County. The municipality and county should not be treated as interchangeable with a judicial circuit, court class, or the entire state.
Recommended approach
Before booking, identify the call information your attorneys need to review: the caller’s purpose, relevant dates or deadlines, jurisdiction, callback details, fee discussion, and agreed next step. Ask how the proposed configuration would distinguish useful intake information from a legal conclusion. Have counsel decide which observations are operational coaching and which require attorney review.
