1. Start with Dublin’s actual geographic boundary
Dublin is recorded as a municipality in Laurens County, Georgia. Those are related but different geographic descriptions. A page about Dublin city should not silently represent every community in Laurens County, and a Laurens County page should not be treated as a Dublin page. Georgia’s court-system resources also distinguish among cities, counties, judicial circuits, and court classes. Those distinctions matter when a page discusses where a matter may proceed or which local process a reader should investigate. Bosseo’s public description allows a footprint to be statewide or limited to selected counties. That makes geographic scoping the first decision, not an afterthought.
Recommended approach
List the places where your firm accepts matters, then separate Dublin city, Laurens County, other counties, and any statewide service area. Ask whether each proposed page would describe a real service relationship and a legally meaningful local distinction. Do not use the Dublin population estimate to justify expansion or to predict inquiries.
