1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census Bureau records Douglas as a municipality in Coffee County, Georgia, with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 11,749 and a margin of error of 30. That is geographic eligibility evidence, not evidence of legal demand, search behavior, lead volume or case value. A Video Intake flow should therefore ask about service area only where that answer changes eligibility. For example, a firm may need to distinguish Douglas from the rest of Coffee County, or distinguish a local matter from one outside its practice area. Do not treat the city, county, judicial circuit and court class as interchangeable. Georgia Courts publishes official resources for citizens and legal professionals, but the intake experience should not imply that a visitor qualifies merely because a matter involves a Georgia court.
Recommended approach
Map the exact locations and matter types your attorneys review. Put those boundaries into the qualification path and the team’s routing rules rather than using Douglas population as a proxy for demand.
