1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Columbus as a municipality in Georgia, with a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 203,711 and a recorded relationship to Muscogee County. That is eligibility context, not evidence of legal demand, search volume, competition, calls or revenue. A dashboard should therefore distinguish Columbus city from Muscogee County rather than combine every geographic label into one unexplained total. Ask which service-and-city targets are being tracked, how county activity is identified, and whether a result belongs to Columbus, the county or another service area.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, ask Bosseo to show the geographic labels attached to rankings, leads and source attribution. Record which areas your firm intentionally serves and which areas are outside the decision. This prevents a broad total from being treated as proof that a particular Columbus practice area is producing matters.
