Define the geography before you read the numbers
The dashboard page describes city and case-type reporting, including questions about which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions an important first decision. Cairo is recorded as a municipality in Grady County; it is not the same geographic unit as the county, a judicial circuit, another Georgia city or the entire state. Georgia Courts publishes official court-system resources, and its guidance reinforces the need to keep court, county and circuit references distinct. A report that combines these areas may be easy to read while still answering the wrong business question.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Cairo target is separated from Grady County and any wider Georgia coverage. Decide which locations your firm actually serves, which should be measured separately and which should not be included. Keep the dashboard’s city, county and state labels visible when partners review results.
