1. Start with the service area, not a review-count target
The Census record identifies Cairo as a municipality in Grady County. That gives you a precise starting point for deciding which clients and service areas belong in a reputation discussion. It does not establish that Cairo residents are searching for a particular legal service, that Grady County is your complete market or that a larger review count will produce more matters. Georgia Courts publishes resources for citizens and legal professionals, but a city, county, judicial circuit and court class are separate geographic or institutional concepts. Your review plan should therefore distinguish where the firm is located, where it accepts matters and which legal services it wants to discuss publicly.
Recommended approach
Before asking for reviews, define the geographic coverage you want to evaluate: Cairo, Grady County, another named service area or a combination. Record whether each review request relates to a service the firm actually provides and a client relationship that permits a public request. Review the wording with the firm’s attorney before launch, particularly where a request could reveal sensitive information or imply a result.
