1. Start with the geographic boundary, not a population promise
The Census record identifies Wesley Chapel as the Wesley Chapel CDP and records its county relationship as Pasco County. A CDP is not the same thing as a city, a county or a metropolitan area. That distinction matters when a law firm chooses page targets. A page for Wesley Chapel should not silently represent every community in Pasco County, and a Pasco County page should not be treated as a Wesley Chapel page. The population estimate provides context about the CDP only. It does not establish that residents are searching for a particular legal service or that additional pages will produce traffic or matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the proposed footprint as distinct geographic units: Wesley Chapel, Pasco County and any other locations the firm intentionally serves. Exclude places the firm cannot responsibly support. A smaller, accurate footprint is preferable to pages that imply an office, local presence or service commitment the firm does not have.
