1. Start with the right geographic unit
University is recorded as a CDP, and its recorded county relationship is Orange County. That distinction matters when a firm plans location coverage. A page for University should not be treated as a substitute for an Orange County page, a page for another municipality, or a statewide service page. Each geographic label should match the firm’s actual service area and the page’s subject. The Census population estimate is useful for identifying the place being discussed, but it cannot tell you whether people search for a particular legal service, whether competing firms already cover it, or whether a page will generate a matter.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map the proposed footprint by named places and counties, then review whether University, Orange County and any additional Florida locations represent genuine service areas. Do not enlarge the footprint merely because a place has a larger population estimate.
