1. Treat The Villages as a jurisdiction-capture problem, not only a phone-coverage problem
The Census record identifies The Villages CDP and records relationships with Marion County and Sumter County. It does not establish legal demand, call volume, search behavior or the type of matters your firm receives. For intake, however, the geography is a practical reason to ask where the caller is located, where an incident occurred and which court or jurisdiction may be involved. A caller who says “The Villages” may still need a more precise location before your team can evaluate the inquiry. That distinction matters when a summary is handed to a lawyer or intake employee.
Recommended approach
Have the responsible attorney define the location questions the system may ask and the situations that require human review. Test whether summaries preserve the caller’s own location wording as well as the captured county, city or jurisdiction fields. Do not treat a location answer as a legal conclusion.
