1. Make The Acreage geography explicit
A location label can conceal several different questions. The Acreage is a census-designated place in Palm Beach County, Florida; it is not interchangeable with the county, a metropolitan area or every nearby city. For a firm serving this area, the dashboard should preserve the geographic label attached to each target, lead and matter. Bosseo’s published product information specifically calls for separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring city cohorts. That separation matters when a single report combines local, countywide and broader Florida activity. The Census record supplies geographic and population context only. It does not show that residents are searching for legal services or that a particular channel produced a client.
Recommended approach
Ask for cohort definitions before reviewing performance. Keep The Acreage, Palm Beach County, Miami, Miami-Dade and other neighboring-city groups distinct where the underlying data supports that distinction. If a location cannot be assigned reliably, show it as unavailable instead of assigning it to The Acreage by assumption.
