1. Make city and county location part of intake quality
A caller may identify with Sweetwater, another Miami-Dade County community, or a location outside the firm’s service area. Intake Coach gives you a basis for coaching the conversation around that distinction: did the intake specialist ask where the matter occurred, where the caller lives, and whether the firm can serve the relevant jurisdiction? The point is not to presume that Sweetwater callers need a particular legal service. The point is to make geography a deliberate eligibility question rather than an assumption. The Census record identifies Sweetwater city as a municipality in Miami-Dade County; it does not describe caller demand or matter fit. [census-place]
Recommended approach
Define the geographic questions your attorney approves, then assess whether they were asked clearly and recorded accurately. Review city, county, jurisdiction, and service-area handling separately so a broad Miami-Dade inquiry is not confused with a Sweetwater matter.
