1. Make Sunset and Miami-Dade location questions explicit
Sunset is a CDP, and the Census record places it in Miami-Dade County. A caller may use “Sunset,” a nearby community, a municipality, or the county name when describing where an incident, property, court matter, or opposing party is located. Those references can matter differently by practice area. Intake Coach can support coaching around whether the intake specialist asked and clarified location, rather than assuming that a familiar place name answers every jurisdiction or service-area question.
Recommended approach
Review calls for a simple location-quality standard: did the team identify the caller’s relevant city or community, county, and the location tied to the legal issue when that distinction matters? Let the responsible attorney define the firm’s actual service-area and jurisdiction rules. Do not use the Census population figure as evidence of demand or as a reason to promise results.
