1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
A Starke firm may review performance for Starke, Bradford County, Florida, or other locations, but those are different geographic scopes. The Census record identifies Starke as a municipality in Bradford County; it does not say that every Bradford County resident is a prospective client, or that a Starke resident searched for a legal service. The Dashboard’s value is not in enlarging the geography. It is in helping your team label the geography behind each tracked keyword, call, form or matter so that a broad Florida total does not obscure what happened in Starke.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing results, agree on the location labels that matter to your firm. Keep Starke, Bradford County and any additional service areas in separate cohorts when the underlying data supports that distinction. If a lead’s location is unknown, mark it unavailable rather than assigning it to Starke.
