1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Springfield city and Bay County are different geographic scopes. The Census record identifies Springfield as a municipality and records its county relationship as Bay County. A page targeting “Springfield” should not silently imply that the firm serves every person or community in the county. Likewise, a Bay County page should not be presented as a Springfield page. Bosseo’s reference describes a footprint that can be scoped statewide or to selected counties. For your firm, the important question is whether a broader footprint reflects your real intake policy, court coverage and ability to serve clients—not whether a larger map looks more impressive.
Recommended approach
Document the locations you are prepared to serve before selecting a footprint. Review Springfield city, Bay County and any additional Florida locations as separate decisions. If the firm only wants a tighter geographic program, ask Bosseo to evaluate a county-limited scope rather than assuming statewide coverage is appropriate.
