1. Make city-versus-county intake distinctions explicit
A caller may identify with South Bradenton, another Manatee County community, or a location outside the firm’s service area. Intake Coach is designed to coach on city versus county, so location can be handled as a deliberate intake question rather than an assumption. This matters when geography affects practice fit, referral decisions, venue questions, or who should return the call. The Census source identifies South Bradenton as a CDP and records its county relationship as Manatee County; it does not define your firm’s geographic eligibility or service policy.
Recommended approach
Write down the locations your firm accepts, refers, or declines before reviewing calls. Use the coaching review to check whether the intake representative asked for the relevant city, county, and other location details needed by the attorney. Do not treat a South Bradenton caller as automatically eligible for representation.
