1. Start with the right geographic question
A caller may say “Seffner” while the matter concerns a different address, court, county, or service area. Intake Coach’s stated angle includes coaching on city versus county, so the review can focus on whether staff establish the relevant location instead of treating every geographic reference as interchangeable. The available Census record identifies Seffner CDP and its relationship to Hillsborough County; it does not define your firm’s service boundary or determine whether a matter is within your practice.
Recommended approach
Decide which location questions matter for each practice area. Ask staff to distinguish the caller’s current location, incident or property location, opposing party’s location, and any jurisdictional fact that affects fit. Have the responsible attorney approve the questions and escalation rules.
