1. Separate visitor location from the market you target
A Satellite Beach visitor may arrive through a page intended for Satellite Beach, another Brevard County location, a broader Florida service page or a referral. Those are different facts. A visitor’s location does not prove which market your firm targeted, and a city name in a URL does not prove that the visitor was physically there. Bosseo’s product approach explicitly calls for separating visitor location from the market targeted. That distinction matters when you evaluate geographic pages, campaigns and referrals.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic fields you want reviewed before judging performance. At minimum, decide how your firm will distinguish visitor location, targeted market, landing page and service or matter type. Treat Satellite Beach as the named municipality and Brevard County as its recorded county relationship; do not merge city, county, metropolitan-area and statewide reporting into one label.
