1. Put Rotonda and neighboring city cohorts in the same view
A service area can contain several distinct geographic audiences. Bosseo’s published $1 information specifically supports separating Miami, Miami-Dade and neighboring city cohorts. For a Rotonda firm, the practical question is not whether every nearby place should be treated alike. It is which geographic labels your firm uses, which matters it accepts from each area and whether the underlying records support those distinctions. Rotonda should not be silently treated as Charlotte County, the entire Florida market or a metropolitan area. Those are different scopes. The Census record identifies Rotonda CDP and its relationship to Charlotte County; it does not establish a metropolitan designation or client demand.
Recommended approach
Define geographic cohorts before interpreting results. At minimum, decide whether Rotonda, Charlotte County and named neighboring cities should appear separately. Keep the dashboard’s geographic labels consistent with the records available, and mark an area unavailable when the data cannot support a clean comparison.
