1. Start with the workflow, not the feature list
Custom software is most useful when your firm has a repeated process that generic software does not fit. Bosseo’s Bosseo’s published product information describes client portals, intake tools, internal dashboards, referral tracking, document-intake flows, calculators and tools that connect systems as possible build categories. That does not mean every firm needs each one. For a River Park-serving practice, map the actual path from first contact to the next responsible person. Identify where information is entered, re-entered, delayed or lost. Separate a local service-area question from an internal workflow question: the fact that River Park is in St. Lucie County does not by itself determine the tool you need.
Recommended approach
Bring one sentence beginning, “Someone at the firm manually…” Describe the task, who performs it, what starts it and what should happen next. Treat the first build as a focused decision, not a request for an entire replacement platform.
