1. Start with the actual Quincy service area
the Census record identifies Quincy as a municipality and records its county relationship as Gadsden County. It does not establish that a firm should target the entire county, nor does it show where prospective clients search. For Local Services Ads, geography should follow the firm’s real service boundaries, preferred matter locations and available capacity. A city-only setup and a broader county setup are different decisions, with different exposure and different implications for intake.
Recommended approach
Review Quincy and Gadsden County separately. Identify which practice areas are genuinely available in each area, then decide whether the account should use a city-focused, county-focused or otherwise eligible service area. Do not expand coverage merely because a larger area appears attractive.
